Window

Take a moment
like right now
for example.
Look out of the window
and marvel.
The clouds
the trees
the birds
a pinch of blue sky.
It’s all a miracle.

How lucky to be you.

Meditation 94: Self-Love

To be able to give love to another person, you have to first be able to love yourself. It all begins with self-love. To love oneself with all your flaws and imperfections is a beautiful manifestation of acceptance and growth. Nothing positive happens without love. Love is the bedrock upon which a life of generosity, goodness, and gratitude are built. And if you can’t give yourself a splash of self-loving, take time to replenish your soul within the beneficent clemency of Nature’s cathedral. Stay hungry, remain grateful, be exuberant.  You are just as worthy of love as any other living creature.
