Walk abroad,
drink in the air,
look up, not down,
joy is everywhere.

Seek within,
touch your heart.
Soak and spin,
let the pain depart.

Kiss this life,
don’t worry at all;
Live and let live,
pay heed to love’s call.

Why fear and fret?
The present is now.
While the mind is alive,
give in and cry, “Wow!”
